THE PLOT:

A fishing boat goes searching for proof a reports of a strange humanoid creature under the water, the Sea Devil. But once investigating a woman discovers that the Sea Devil is no monster but a human whose odd illness forced his father to remove his lungs and replace then with gills.

But one on board of the ship is out to make him a trophy on his wall and don't care who he has to hurt to do it.

ZEDD'S OPINION:

I got to admit I was disappointed on the direction it went, that direction is slow and dull. Also was disappointed it was just an elaborate wet suit. But it's still somewhat charming and I could recommend it as a fantasy chick flick. 3 STARS

VOLTRON'S OPINION:

I agree with the bad points, this is one Russian sleeping pill and I really can't recommend it that much, I don't hate it but I can't see anyone watching it other then women. I really can't. 1 11/2 STARS.
